Bluff prior to construction April 1997 - Placement of dredge sand berm June 1998 - Cleared bluff just prior to soil nailing operation July 1998 - early soil nailing and shotcrete wall construction with loose tires at bluff base November 1998 - Upper wall nears completion July 1999 - Lower wall nears completion August 1999 - Start of restoration of bluff October 1999 - Bluff restoration and site work continues March 2000 - Project nears completion
