Memphis District Commander Col. Tom Smith and Kelly Greenwood, chief executive officer and chief engineer of the Yazoo Mississippi Delta Levee Board, inspect a sandbag-ringed sandboil in a heavy seepage area located near Rena Lara, Miss. The Memphis District provided the levee board with 4,000 sandbags during the just-ended floodfight.
