2008 Graduates

Sarah Anderson, daughter of Robert T. Anderson, Public Affairs Officer, graduated on May 10th from Wytheville Community College in Virginia with an Associates of Science degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant.

Samantha Barton, daughter of Michael and Dina Barton, graduated kindergarten at Austin Peay Elementary School on May 19th, 2008.

Jaida Bell, great neice of Estella Blackman, Contracting Division, graduated kindergarten from Crump Elementary School on May 15, 2008.

Hunter Boeckmann, son of Mark Boeckmann, Graham Burke Pumping Station.

April Branch, received a Masters in Engineering Management from Christian Brothers University.

Ashley Buie, wife of Michael E. Buie Jr., W.G. Huxtable pumping plant, graduated from the University of Arkansas at Monticello with a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education.

Dara Callahan, daughter of Shane Callahan, graduated from Dexter Elementary kindergarten.

Ashley Leanne Chasteen, daughter of Darian Chasteen, graduated from Houston High School and will be attending Arkansas State in the fall.

Jae Phillip Luster Glissen, grandson of PAO's Brenda Beasley, graduated Pre-Kindergarten at M.B. Truelight Heritage Place on May 13.

John Mullen, son of Melissa and Kaleo Mullen, graduated from Altruria Kindergarten.

Victoria Lynn Oxner, daughter of Mark & Sherry Oxner. Tori is a graduate of Marvell Academy in Marvell, AR. She will be attending University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. She plans to go into journalism.

Julia Phillips, daughter of Shawn Phillips, graduated from Ellendale Elementary and was on the Teacher's Honor Role for the Year as well as receiving a trophy for the Highest Academic Girl award.

Lanie Schafer, graduated from Marion High School and plans to attend Arkansas State in the fall.

Nick Selvo, son of William J. Selvo, Deputy Chief, Engineering & Construction Division, graduated from Christian Brothers High School on May 10, 2008. He will attend Christian Brothers University in the fall on an academic scholarship.

Bryauna Tuggle, daughter of Ron Tuggle, graduated from Drummonds Elementary on May 20, 2008.

Alma Lynette Walker, cousin of Karen Brady, graduated from Millington Central High School.

Heather Williams, daughter of Gregg and Tammy Williams, graduated from DeSoto Central High School and plans to attend Blue Mountain College in the fall.

James E. Wydock, son-in-law of Patricia L. Jones, graduated from Mid South Community College on May 8, 2008 with an Associates of Arts degree.
