   Dr. Maria Beatrice Magnani says thanks       to Memphis District employees



Col. Smith received this letter from Dr. Maria Beatrice Magnani, University of Memphis, expressing gratitude for our support to the recent seismic study of the Mississippi River. She mentions numerous folks from E&C and Operations... a great effort bringing well deserved credit to the District.
