OFFICE OF THE CHIEF:
The mission of the Real Estate Division is to acquire and manage all Real Property assets of the US Army Corps of Engineers.
Secondly, advise Project Sponsors on their requirements in the development of projects in support of the Memphis District.

REAL ESTATE BRANCHES:
- APPRAISAL
The appraisal branch is responsible for the quantitative evaluation of real property interest of the federal government.
- ACQUISITION
The role of the acquisition branch is to effectively acquire real property interests for the federal government.
- PLANNING & CONTROL
The planning & control branch is responsible for the development of cadastral mapping and controlling government owned interest.
