| 2007 Southeastern Federal Wetlands Enforcement Conference |

| The 2007 EPA/DOJ/CORPS Enforcement Conference will be held December 11 and 12 in downtown Memphis, Tennessee
at the Holiday Inn Select Downtown. The purpose of the conference is to allow personnel working within the EPA
region 4 district (Corps SAD and MVD) to meet and discuss current enforcement issues including the impacts of the
Rapanos and Carabell Supreme Court decisions and compliance issues. |
