Ms. Ross has served in USACE, Memphis District since 1978 and has been in her current position since 2003. As Executive Assistant, Ms. Ross Serves as the Liaison for the District's 23 Congressional Members. As Chief, Programs Management Branch, Ms. Ross is responsible for the development and defense of the District's program, which is made up of over 50 specific projects and activities.
