The Memphis District was recognized at the Society of American Military Engineers Small Business Conference for Federal Engineering, Construction & Environmental Programs in Kansas City, Mo., Nov. 19-21, 2013. Our Small Business Program was rated sixth in the Corps of Engineers with 12.5 percent of our total obligations being awarded to Service Disabled Veteran owned small businesses.
