Memphis District’s Project Engineer Del Warfield (left) and Quality Assurance Representative Gerrit Myers (right) attended the Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility ribbon cutting and memorial ceremony today in Millington, Tenn. Warfield and Myers provided construction management support for the design/build construction of this 43,000-square-foot facility for the U.S. Army Reserve 81st Regional Support Command.
