A large group of Memphis District employees were recognized for professional achievement in a variety of areas in a ceremony at the District Headquarters in the Clifford Davis - Odell Horton Federal Building Dec. 1. Included were Professional Engineers, Engineers in Training, Project Management Professionals, Defense Acquisition specialists, Licensed Attorneys, EEO Counselors and Army Divers.
