Memphis District Chief of Engineering and Construction Donny Davidson (left) accepts the Mississippi Valley Division's Superior Safety Award for fiscal year 2014 from Memphis District Commander Col. Davidson is accepting the award on behalf of BCI Construction and the Memphis District's Wynne Area Office for the safe execution of the Grand Prairie Project's Discharge Pipes, Segment 2. The award is presented to promote and recognize safe contractors in the conduct of construction work for the region.
