On May 9, the Federal Executive Association (FEA) held its annual Memphis Metropolitan FEA Employees of the Year Ceremony at Naval Support Activity Mid-South in Millington, Tenn. Memphis District employees took first place in six of the 11 categories in which Memphis District submitted nominations.
