USACE Vicksburg District holds bald eagle surveys at Mississippi lakes
An immature bald eagle spotted at Enid Lake, Mississippi, during the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Vicksburg District’s mid-winter bald eagle survey in January. A total of 50 eagles, along with other species, were counted across Arkabutla, Sardis, Enid and Grenada lakes during the 2021 survey.
