MLGW Tower #1613 is located in the Memphis, Tennessee, on the right descending bank of the Wolf River within the Wolf River Basin. The Wolf River is a tributary to the Mississippi River with a confluence at River Mile 739. The study area is in congressional delegation TN-09.
