The Mississippi River Commission high-water inspection trip is March 30 - April 4, aboard Motor Vessel Mississippi. The free public hearings are open to the public and allows participants to present issues and concerns to the Commission. Attendees will also hear from the Commission president, Major General Kimberly Peeples, who will provide a summary report on national and regional issues affecting USACE and Commission programs and projects on the Mississippi River and its tributaries.
