To enhance project delivery and improve team integration, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Memphis District recently held the inaugural training event titled “Project Delivery Business Process Bootcamp – One PDT at a Time.” The bootcamp was designed to equip Project Delivery Teams (PDTs) with the tools, knowledge, and shared understanding necessary to navigate the complex landscape of Civil Works projects from concept to completion. The St. Francis River: Varney River PDT was the first PDT selected for the training. Other PDTs will undergo the training later this summer and fall.
