Groundbreakings, ribbon cutting indicate progress on eastern Arkansas groundwater, flood protection initiatives

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Memphis District marked three major infrastructure milestones in eastern Arkansas, Mar. 3, 2026.
