Programs Management Branch directs the preparation and execution of the annual Civil Works program of the Memphis District including studies, construction and maintenance projects.

We provide guidance and coordination of authority and funding for projects for all studies and projects under the district's jurisdiction.

The branch develops expenditure schedules, monitors funding and expenditure performance for all district projects and initiate reprogramming actions that would improve expenditure performance.

Programs Management Branch manages the district's automated databases for project budgeting, execution, scheduling and reporting.
