The Mississippi River Commission will conduct its annual high-water inspection trip on the Mississippi River, Mar. 27 - 31, 2023.
Public meetings will be held by the Mississippi River Commission Onboard the Motor Vessel MISSISSIPPI as follows:

At this time, all DoD-mandated COVID safety protocols from recent trips are no longer in place. Please monitor the District or Mississippi River Commission webpages and social media for guidance as we move closer to the afore mentioned dates.
All meetings will be open to the public with the agenda below:
- Summary report by the President of the Commission on national and regional issues affecting the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Commission programs and projects on the Mississippi River and its tributaries.
- District Commander's overview for the Commission on current project issues in the respective area.
- Presentations to the Commission by local organizations and members of the public giving views or comments on any issue affecting the programs or projects of the Commission and the Corps of Engineers.
The Commission will accept testimonies for the record until 5:00pm on 31 March 2023.
