Judge Sugarmon to speak at Corps of Engineers Black History observance

MEMPHIS, Tenn., Feb. 22, 2005 – Hon. Russell B. Sugarmon, Jr., judge in the Civil Division, District 4, General Sessions Court will be the featured speaker at a Black History observance to be held by the Memphis District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

The event will take place Feb. 24 at 9 a.m. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall. The public is invited to attend.
