Carol Chumney to speak at Corps of Engineers Women’s History observance

Representative Carol Chumney, will be the featured speaker at a Women’s History observance to
be held by the Memphis District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

The event will take place March 23 at 9 a.m. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall. The public is invited to attend.
