Congratulations to Andrea Williams on her selection as the new Operations Division’s (OD) Chief! Williams has served in the OD Chief position on temporary assignment since January.
Prior to this promotion, Williams served as the Plant Section Chief at Ensley Engineer Yard. Before this, she worked for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Galveston District in the Texas. While there, Williams deployed to Kandahar, Afghanistan, for two years.
In her new role, Williams will lead all assigned operations, maintenance, and environmental compliance activities within the Memphis District.
