This project is a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for seepage projects throughout the Memphis District. 

Typical construction task orders may include seepage berm construction, relief well construction, and all associated tasks with each of these construction processes as designated in each contract. 

The work on each task order will consist of furnishing all plant, labor, and materials for the work to be performed.

Memphis District’s outstanding Seepage Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) Project Delivery Team (PDT) has gained another first down towards scoring a big WIN—Safely delivering quality projects on time and within budget—by reaching the important contract award milestone. This MATOC is for seepage projects throughout the Memphis District.

The PDT selected three contractors to accomplish the work for this $45M (over five years) MATOC: Kinder Brothers Excavating, Inc., Maloney-Odin Joint Venture, and Southern Contracting, LLC.
