These sites are important revetment locations up near the confluence of the Ohio and Mississippi Rivers at Wickliffe, Kentucky, and just above Helena, Arkansas, at Walnut Bend. Stone repair work at Walnut Bend was needed to help stabilize the riverbank prior to placing articulated concrete mattress there later this Fall.
