USACE files draft Environmental Impact Statement on St. Johns Bayou and New Madrid Floodway Project
MEMPHIS, Tenn., July 26, 2013 – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) today filed the St. Johns Bayou and New Madrid Floodway Project draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
