Grenada Lake Youth Waterfowl Hunt

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Grenada Lake Field Office and the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks will host a youth waterfowl hunt on 1 February 2014. The youth waterfowl hunt will be at the Benwood Waterfowl Management Area and will provide an opportunity for experienced waterfowl hunters to teach the younger generations proper techniques and ethics of the sport. Two Vicksburg District Engineers Achieve Licensing

Sardis Lake Hosts 32nd Annual Bald Eagle Watch

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Vicksburg District (Corps) will host the 32nd annual Sardis Lake mid-winter bald eagle survey Saturday, 11 January 2014. Volunteers will watch, count and document movement of bald eagles around Sardis Lake.
